Delivery & Local Collection

PropaTees, Richard Williams trading as PropaTees, prints garments in Thanet, Kent and supplies customers across the United Kingdom.

Production times
Our standard turnaround is normally 10–12 days from final artwork approval until garments are ready for dispatch or collection. This is an estimated production period, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery transit time is additional. Garment availability, order size, printing complexity or an agreed change may affect timing. If you have an event or specific deadline, please tell us before confirming your order so we can agree whether it is achievable.

UK delivery
We offer UK-wide delivery. The delivery service, price and anticipated timeframe will be provided in your final quote or order confirmation before you pay. We will confirm any additional charges in advance rather than adding them without agreement. Dispatch details will be shared when available. If an order is delayed, we will contact you to discuss options and your legal rights.

Local collection
Local collection from Broadstairs, Kent is available strictly by prior arrangement, We will contact you when the completed order is ready and agree collection details and timing. Please do not visit the business address without an agreed appointment.

Incorrect addresses, lost or damaged parcels
Customers should check their delivery address before confirming an order and tell us promptly if any details change. If your parcel is lost, damaged or does not arrive as agreed, email info@propatees.co.uk. For consumer orders, we remain responsible for goods during delivery until they reach you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.
