Terms & Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 18 October 2026.
These terms apply to orders placed with PropaTees, the trading name of Richard Williams, a sole trader operating from 47 Camden Road, Broadstairs, Kent CT10 3DS, United Kingdom. Email: info@propatees.co.uk.
1. What we supply
PropaTees supplies custom garment printing, including screen-printed T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, workwear and related items. The garment, quantity, sizes, artwork, print position, colours, total price and delivery or collection arrangements will be set out in the written quote or order confirmation.
2. Enquiries, quotes and acceptance
Submitting a quote request or artwork through our website is an enquiry, not an obligation to buy. Quotes may depend on garment availability and project requirements. We will confirm the agreed specification and final amount before taking payment. An order becomes binding when we accept it in writing and confirm the order arrangements. We will send an order confirmation by email or another durable written format.
3. Prices and payment
We require 100% payment upfront for confirmed orders, before production begins. Payment instructions and accepted methods will be provided with the quote or invoice. Prices and any applicable taxes, delivery or additional charges will be made clear before the customer confirms the order. We will not make additional charges without agreement.
4. Artwork and approval
Customers must provide artwork they are entitled to reproduce and accurate garment sizes, quantities, wording and instructions. We may provide a digital artwork proof for approval. Customers should check spelling, print placement, print colours, dimensions and garment details before approving it. Production begins following the required payment and final artwork approval. We will aim to reproduce the approved design faithfully; physical garments and inks may differ slightly in appearance from a digital display. Nothing in this section removes legal rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
5. Production and delivery
Our standard production turnaround is normally 10–12 days from final artwork approval, subject to the agreed specification, stock availability and production capacity. This is a production estimate; delivery time is additional. Any binding deadline agreed in writing takes priority. We will tell you if a material delay occurs and discuss your options. Delivery charges and arrangements are specified in the confirmed quote. UK-wide delivery and local collection by prior arrangement are available. See our Shipping Policy for further information.
6. Changes and cancellation
Please email us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes after artwork approval may affect the price and completion date. Products made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. This exemption does not automatically apply merely because goods are supplied following an order. Where no statutory cancellation right applies, any voluntary cancellation charge will be fair and reflect losses or costs reasonably incurred, where legally permitted. An upfront payment is not automatically forfeited in every circumstance.
7. Faults and problems
If any goods arrive faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us at info@propatees.co.uk with the order details and a description of the problem. We will deal with it in accordance with applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Business customers
We supply both consumers and businesses. Mandatory consumer protections apply to consumer purchases. For business purchases, any separately agreed written terms take precedence where legally permitted.
9. Contact and governing law
Questions or complaints can be sent to info@propatees.co.uk. Our trading address is 47 Camden Road, Broadstairs, Kent CT10 3DS, United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections applicable to a customer.
